Therapy in Calgary, Alberta

Therapy can look different depending on what brings you in. Sometimes you want practical support with something that is affecting your day-to-day life. Sometimes you have a pattern you understand intellectually but cannot seem to change. And sometimes you know something is not working, but you are not quite sure why.

My role is to help you understand what is happening, make sense of the patterns underneath it, and figure out what needs to change. Depending on what you need, therapy may involve developing practical strategies, exploring emotions more deeply, processing difficult experiences, or some combination of these.

I work with individuals and couples in Calgary, offering in-person sessions locally and secure virtual sessions throughout Alberta.

Individual Therapy

In-Person + Online

Individual therapy for adults who want to better understand themselves, work through difficult emotions or experiences, and create meaningful change.

I work with people experiencing concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, self-criticism, and unresolved feelings from past experiences.

Therapy is not about simply telling you what to do or giving you a list of coping skills. We will work together to understand what is happening beneath the surface and what may be keeping you stuck, while also developing practical tools when they are helpful.

Couples Therapy

In-Person + Online

Couples therapy for partners who feel stuck in recurring patterns of conflict, disconnection, misunderstanding, or resentment.

Often, couples know what they are arguing about but have a harder time understanding what is happening underneath the argument. I help couples slow these patterns down, understand the cycle they are caught in, and communicate the underlying emotions and needs that can be difficult to express on their own.

The goal is not simply to argue less. It is to help couples develop greater understanding, emotional flexibility, and connection.
